URFLiX Featured DJ Review: DJ O'RION, a favorite to any club he steps into and
quite simply loved by many for his humbleness and dedication in what he does.
There is more to DJ'ing than just being able to scratch the ABC's backwards on
the 1's and 2's. It's more about having the passion and ability to turn good
music into your own unique music, and this ladies and gentlemen is what he
does very well. He's among one of the few DJ's we've seen that can read a crowd
like an owl can spot a mouse. People get what they want without having to
ask. That right there is mastering an art.

For those that haven't had a chance to meet him, here's a little online interview

How long have you been on the 1's and 2's?
15 years and still going strong.

What's your favorite songs currently?
I lose track sometimes..lol alot of good artists out there who started since day 1 that are still making new good music each time and as well as for new upcoming artists..

Where's your favorite place other than Seattle to rock the house down?
Hawaii and California

As a hard working DJ, we know you 'gotta' get hungry throughout the night. Where's your favorite place to eat after the show?
Normally chinese or korean food in china town area in Seattle..But i can eat anything,even if it's a good real hot dog at a hot dog stands...or going home and just eat left over food..lol I'm not picky.

There are a lot of great DJ's in this World, is there anyone in particular that you look up to?
For battle Dj's, to name a few: Dj Q Bert, Dj Mix Master Mike, Dj Rectangle. For top dj's that rocks the clubs party rockin, i gots love for every dj's out there who puts in their work to rock the crowd.

If you had a choice, vinyl or cd?
I started dj'ing since 1988 so i started to use vinyl, the original and still today and always will be..

What has been your craziest memories while you were DJ'ing?
I would say that i have dj'd alot of big events, at big venues of 1,500 + full of party people partying hard and having fun, with pre and after parties of every event out there such as HIN (Hot Import Nights), Myspace Parties, The URFLiX.com big parties in Hawaii at Pipeline, Fashion 45, and O Lounge..Big Artists Performances and after parties, Special Guest Dj's from all over, Big Models appearances, as well as gogo dancers..etc

What do you drink to keep you going all night? Um, we mean DJ'ing just to make it clear haha!
LOL..i usually like to have a few drinks of shots of hennesseys, incredible hulk, and some heneiken.

For the ladies, are you single or do you have a sidekick?
I am very single at the moment..lol No sidekick, just going with the flow whoever i meet someone interesting and that can click with me, then your in! :)

I would like to give a few shout outs, i'd like to give a big shout out to my boy MOONiE (Hawaii) and Chozen of URFLiX.com and the crew..who's doin it real big all over and will continue to be succesful in all that they do.
